Intensive Outpatient & Outpatient Therapy

Two levels of outpatient care built around your life. Whether you need more intensive support or flexible weekly sessions, our licensed counselors create a plan designed for you.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment

IOP provides a higher level of care for clients who need more intensive support but do not require 24-hour supervision. You attend multiple sessions per week while continuing to live at home.

  • Multiple sessions per week (group & individual)

  • Structured weekly schedule with clear benchmarks

  • Individual therapy with a licensed counselor

  • Group counseling and peer accountability

  • Relapse prevention and coping skills training

  • ILSOS-compliant progress documentation

  • Transition planning to standard outpatient

Outpatient Treatment

Standard outpatient treatment is ideal for clients with a stable support system who can manage their recovery with scheduled weekly sessions and continue their normal daily routine.

  • Weekly individual therapy sessions

  • Group counseling and peer support

  • Flexible scheduling around work and family

  • ILSOS-compliant progress reporting

  • Relapse prevention planning

  • Aftercare planning and community referrals
